Unopened Products We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email address] with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Opened or Used Products For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used soap, lotion bars, or personal care items. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please reach out — we want to make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Gift Sets Gift sets follow the same policy as individual items.
